A quick you tube update of what I eat in a day as a vegan in France. I have found many vegans online eat large amounts of fruits daily. In winter, fruits are much more expensive and are not a sustainable choice for many people living in Europe. I tried to create a combination of meals in a day that are reasonably priced and delicious for winter living.

In this video I have spinach pasta for breakfast. I am a huge fan of left overs for breakfast as it takes no preparation time and also decreases waste.

I also delve into using kitchen scraps to make the perfect vegetable stock. HIGHLY recommended to get the maximum use out of your vegetables especially in winter time.

Of course I have incorporated some yoga into the snowy background and a little local favourite dessert. Which I kept forgetting the English name for! Chesnuts.
