For the 20 years that I was an omnivore, minus the two years in my early teens, I ate meat on a daily basis. I would have eaten animal products for breakfast, lunch and dinner. I had a few friends which became vegan and I would wave steak infront of them and laugh at them eating rabbit food.

But do vegans just eat rabbit food? Have a look HERE.

This past 7 months have shown me that vegans have a myriad of options all bursting with flavour and most importantly : health. The brownies above are made with avocado! My mouth is watering just remembering how delicious they are.

I started this journey because eating plant based food severely decreases your carbon (and other green house gas emissions), which you can read about here or check out my experiment to decrease emissions by not using my car!
