How do you like starting your day? Or your week for that matter? I used to never eat breakfast or just grabbed a quick banana or so. Then I transitioned to the full eggs, bacon, toast and sausages a few years ago. Recently though, I have become an enormous fan of vegan yogurt! Coyo in particular.

So, for my breakfast I like using my favourite muesli, coconut yogurt, strawberries, blueberries and almonds.

I get my strawberries and blueberries from the farmer’s markets. Best place to get delicious and cheap berries, as well as supporting to local farmers and minimising carbon footprint!
