So after many years of eating hummus from the plastic containers they come in, I finally gathered the motivation to make my own hummus. Spoiler alert : I regret not doing this earlier. Watch my revolutionary discovery here.

So all you will need :

  1. One Can of Chickpeas
  2. Lemon
  3. Crushed Garlic Clove
  4. Salt & Pepper

Put all of this in a blender, and blend! and that’s it! There is nothing else to it! Once you taste it you can add a little of whatever ingredient you feel.

MAKE SURE TO SAVE THE CHICKPEA JUICE! We will be making a vegan crepe recipe next week, and the chickpea juice is a perfect substitute for egg1
