As a child I was never allowed to have a McDonalds. Once I got pocket money, I occasionally snuck out and got myself a big mac. Undoubtedly the best creation Mcdonald’s has ever put together. This is not a surprise, as mcdonald’s perfectly crafts their burgers filled with fat, sugars and bits and pieces of meat. Sugar is extremely addictive, causing people to keep going back to fast food and develop long lasting health issues that are plaguing the western world.
Despite all I know about how horrible I know Big Macs are, I could not help wanting to attempt to recreate a big mac. So here is my my way of making a plant based big mac!
The most important part of the big mac of course, is the sauce.
