During my week of no oil, I tried to branch out with the types of food I cooked. So I challenged myself with a vegan stir fry. NO OIL! If you have a good pan, there is really no reason at all to be adding oil to your meals.
So lets have a look at the ingredients :
- 1/2 head of Broccoli
- Lots of mushrooms (remember, you can never have enough)
- 1/2 Zucchini
- 1 Onion
- Some grated Ginger
- Soy Sauce
