Sometimes I am quite lazy in the mornings, and nothing takes less effort to make or eat than a delicious smoothie. I therefore decided to share my three favourite breakfast smoothies with you. I am a huge believer of eating locally and seasonally, so I encourage you to adjust your smoothies by what grows in your area seasonally. Check out a video here.
This is one I eat almost every morning since I have an abundance of frozen berries in my freezer from my garden.
- 1 banana
- 1 cup of berries
- 1 cup of your favourite milk
- Add a pinch of cinnamon
